Wesley has an important message to share about the insensitivities of Elderspeak in September’s Video of the Month.

Elderspeak is a specific form of communication, often used with older adults, that seems patronizing or ageist.

The Wesley team does an incredible job of demonstrating how using this form of communication is inappropriate and provides a more respectful way to communicate with older adults.
