SUMMARY: As a Client Success Specialist, you are responsible for providing excellent product setup, training, support, and client service by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. Your engaging personality and product/industry knowledge helps clients get excited about building stronger relationships using our video apps. Your technical ability is strong and you are not afraid of a camera. You will implement and support video apps on iPhone, Android phones, and desktop.


• Provides training for new and/or existing customers online
• Processes client support requests in a timely manner and utilizes ticketing system to log and track support work
• Gears training and support toward the particular market the client is in (e.g. senior living, real estate, healthcare)
• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service issues or client concerns
• Ensures clients are getting maximum value by tracking product utilization and encouraging and coaching on additional ways to use HeartLegacy products
• Consistently logs client interactions in our CRM and ticketing systems
• Meets SLA and other assigned goals
• Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed client’s service expectations
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in the market


• Reports directly to the VP of Product and Services


• Two years of experience in a similar or related role
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience presenting/training via online tools such as Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.
• Broad technical skills and ability to train and support clients on HeartLegacy apps across multiple platforms (iPhone, Android, desktop)
• Experienced and effective in utilizing ticketing and/or CRM systems to track and manage client interactions
• Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills
