JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Director

SUMMARY: Achieves profitability and growth within an assigned territory by effectively selling the SalesMail solution.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.

JOB DUTIES:
• Prospects for new business utilizing phone, email, and SalesMail outreach.
• Conducts video presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals for prospective customers.
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, management, and service groups.
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory.
• Conducts webinars and participates in trade shows in a post-COVID environment. (Some overnight travel required.)

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have three or more years of proven success and experience in an Outside Sales position. Possession of a post-secondary degree or work experience equivalent required. Experience in the multifamily housing industry a plus.

Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Experience in the multifamily housing industry a plus.

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and video conferencing technologies.

Valid driver’s license required.
